Blackened Shrimp Taco

9 26-30ct shrimp

drizzle olive oil

dredge blackening seasoning

3 6" flour tortillas 

2 oz lime slaw

1 oz pico

4 oz sals (on side)

drizzle sour cream

1/2 portion tortilla


Prep Instructions: 

toss shrimp witholive oil and dredge in blackening seasoning (145 temp)

warm tortilla 20 sec each side, and set on dinner plate. top with slaw, pico then shrimp (3 per shrimp)

drizzle with sour cream and serve with chips and salsa on side
